The easiest and fastest way to start your first SaSi experience is by using Favourites. Favourites has five patterns for you to choose from and you can adjust each for speed and vibration intensity. Here’s how to start… 
1 – To switch on, hold the middle button until SaSi vibrates once and the green light appears. To start, click the middle button again and the nub will start to move. This is Favourites. 2 – To move to the next pattern, click the right button. If you want to return to the previous pattern, click the left button. 3 – To increase the speed, click the top button – there are three speeds available. To slow it down click the bottom button. 4 – SaSi also has three intensities of vibration and two pulse vibrations. To start these, hold down the top button. SaSi will move through the three levels of vibration followed by the two pulses. To lessen the intensity, hold down the bottom button. 5 – To turn SaSi off, hold the middle button for two seconds
