We will gladly exchange a product that is defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. This means that the item did not turn on / or was broken upon receipt. After first use, for hygienic reasons. Any issues must go through the manufacturer directly.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange 30 days from the date of purchase.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Cancellation or Back to Stock Fees of 10% Will Apply if the item has already been processed... or ordered for you from the manufacturer.. or is in the process of shipping out to you...
